Ar. Samanta has been working as an Architectural and Engineering Consultant as the sole proprietor of the Firm, named ARKHTON, at Haldia since 1999. During the last ten years, Ar. Samanta has been working in various Industrial projects under MCC PTA India Corp. Ltd., Marcus Oil & Chemical Pvt. Ltd., Emami Biotech Ltd., Ural India Ltd etc. He has also been working in different projects under Haldia Development Authority (HDA), Haldia Municipality, Tamluk Municipality and different Govt. and Semi-Govt. Institutions like Purba Medinipur Zilla Parishad, Central Institute of Plastics Engineering & Technology (CIPET), different colleges of the Purba Medidipur District. Ar. Samanta is an architect member of Building Committees of the different colleges. Ar. Samanta is also working in various private projects in this area. Ar. Samanta is also associate member of Indian Institute of Architects and Institute of Town Planners (India) and Life Member of FOSET and registered with the Council of Architecture, New Delhi.
