Signature Towers is a commercial project in the rapidly arising commercial hub, Gurgaon. The first of it, Signature Towers I, has been finished and has become one of the best-designed office complexes in the country. A 15-storey building, Signature Towers I is covered with a reflective glass curtain and fluorocarbon coated aluminium panel cladding system on its external façade. The reflective glass helps in energy efficiency by letting in just the light and blocking out the heat and is one of the main factors to get the building its Gold rating by LEED. It has got three high speed lifts and a service lift in each of its block.

The architects for the Signature Towers are the C. P. Kukreja Associates, a New Delhi based ISO 9001:2000 certified firm. They have got over 40 years of experience in doing projects for townships, multi-storied apartments, industries, hospitals, institutions and other commercial projects.

Signature Towers II is an upcoming grade-A business space with a total land area of 276 acres approximately. It comprises of two towers, with one having 10 floors while the other tower has got 7. The design is a modern-day take on the current professional atmosphere and is loaded with state-of-the-art amenities. Some of them include a building management system, sky gardens on every second level, spatial and structural provision for installing satellite dish on roof, voice and data risers, 100% wi-fi enabled and high speed elevators and large multi-level parking garage. And of course, it is also loaded with features that make it a truly green building.
